Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to OneNote Migration for Confluence (the “App”), developed by Ahmet Utku Bayrı, an independent developer operating under the BAYRI LABS brand (“Developer,” “we,” or “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you are authorized to represent.
1. Service
The App assists with user-initiated migration of selected Microsoft OneNote notebook and page content into Atlassian Confluence Cloud. Available functions may include content discovery, migration, progress tracking, attachment handling, verification and repeat-import prevention. Migration results can vary according to the original content, API capabilities, permissions, available destination features and platform limitations.
2. Requirements and authorized use
You must have permission to access the Microsoft OneNote content and to create or update the chosen Confluence destination. You are responsible for selecting an appropriate destination, obtaining any approvals required by your organization, and checking the resulting content before relying on it. You must not use the App to access or migrate content unlawfully or in violation of third-party rights.
3. Third-party platforms
The App integrates with Microsoft services and Atlassian Forge/Confluence. Those services remain governed by their respective terms, availability, administrative policies and permissions. We do not control their infrastructure or guarantee uninterrupted operation of external APIs.
4. Licensing, billing and refunds
Where the App is offered as a paid Atlassian Marketplace application, subscriptions, trials, billing and refunds are subject to the applicable Atlassian Marketplace checkout and licensing terms. Pricing and available plans are the amounts displayed by the Marketplace at purchase time. Purchasing or using a Microsoft or Atlassian service is separate from the App subscription.
5. Customer content
You and your licensors retain ownership of the information and content you choose to migrate. You authorize the App to access, transform and transfer the selected content solely as necessary to perform requested functions. Migrated content is written into your Confluence environment; you are responsible for reviewing its accuracy, access controls, permissions and retention within that environment.
6. Reliability and verification
We endeavor to maintain a functional migration experience, but automated conversion cannot guarantee pixel-perfect or complete preservation of every OneNote feature. Verification indicators and progress statuses have defined technical limits and should not be interpreted as a professional legal, archival or compliance certification. Keep your original material until you have reviewed the destination and are satisfied with the result.
7. Support and updates
For product questions, errors and security concerns, contact support@bayrilabs.com. We may provide bug fixes, improvements and compatibility updates. Specific response times or a formal service-level agreement apply only if separately agreed in writing.
8. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy describes categories of data processed during a migration and while providing support. You are responsible for having the necessary authority and lawful basis to migrate personal or confidential information. Do not provide passwords or sensitive authentication secrets in support messages.
9. Intellectual property
The App and its original code, documentation, brand elements and design remain the intellectual property of the Developer or relevant licensors. Subject to a valid subscription or other authorization, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose while the applicable license remains valid. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided with reasonable care and skill, subject to the characteristics and limitations of its integrated platforms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude warranties not expressly required by law and are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate source data, customer configuration, unauthorized use or disruption of third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or restricts mandatory statutory rights.
11. Suspension and termination
Access to the App may end when the relevant Marketplace license expires, the App is uninstalled or use materially violates these Terms. Uninstalling the App does not automatically delete content that you have already migrated into Confluence. Rules concerning remaining app-held records are explained in the Privacy Policy and the Forge platform's data lifecycle.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms as features or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required. These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without overriding mandatory consumer or data-protection protections that apply in your jurisdiction. If an applicable Marketplace agreement conflicts with these Terms on the sale or licensing process, the relevant Marketplace provisions govern that process.
